FAMILY 05 is a system for reloading and hydraulic testing of portable and mobile co2, powder, gas, and foam extinguishers pursuant to legislation uni 9994 and for rewinding and hydraulic and dry testing of fire hoses uni 25-45-70.

We are pleased to introduce the FAMILY 05 system, an innovative device fully designed and built by the company and destined to revolutionise the world of maintaining, overhauling, and testing any type of powder, CO2, or foam extinguisher, as well as hoses UNI 25-45-70, both at a fixed location or directly at a home, in full compliance with all the requirements under UNI 9994 legislation on maintenance and testing requirements for fire extinguishers and, in the execution of maintenance and testing, in accordance with the provision of Legislative Decree 81/08.
Thanks to FAMILY 05, it is now possible to offer an at-home service, installing the machinery in any type of maintenance van with a top quality exclusively and only achievable with services carried out at a fixed location using various bulky equipment. This enables you to significantly reduce maintenance costs and increase the efficiency of your service, thus making it more attractive to customers.
DESCRIPTION OF USE:
Compared to all other equipment for the same purpose, the FAMILY 05 system, thanks to its small size, enables you to carry out reloading and hydraulic testing of mobile and portable CO2, powder, gas, and foam extinguishers pursuant to UNI9994 regulations, and rewinding and testing of fire hoses UNI 25-45-70 at the place of work of the owner or of the customer themselves.
THE EQUIPMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH:
Dry chemical emptying pump:
It allows emptying and filling dry. Pump is equipped with safety filters for dry chemical pouring during filling operation.
Electronical scale:
For a best precision during filling operation of tank.
Pneumatic clamp:
It allows blocking fire extinguisher tank, basic requisite for the valve screwing and unscrewing.
Air compressor:
Air compressor calibrated at 18 bar for the dry pressurization of UNI 25-45-70 firefighting hoses and for all typical cleaning activities.
Hydro-pump:
Hydro-pump allows:
- fire extinguisher hydrostatical testing in order to verifying the tank integrity.
- firefighting hose hydro-testing.
Stainless tank recycling water:
Stainless tank with a capacity of lt 80, useful for all interventions wherein it's necessary not waste water.
Hot air producer:
Hot air producer, necessary to drying tanks at the end of an hydrostatical testing
Co2 pump:
CO2 pouring pump, necessary to filling fire extinguishers
