fire hydrant is an active fire protection measure and a source of water provided in most urban, suburban and rural areas which use municipal water to help firefighters extinguishing a fire. For any types of hydrant is obligatory the "CE" mark according to the directive 89/106 EEC. There are different types of hydrant, for example hydrants that are attached to the wall, hydrants under the ground and hydrants above the ground. Hydrants attached to the wall are constituted by a wrap endowed with a sigillabile counter with a frangible or unfrangible plate. The boxes and the length of the hose of the hydrants can be of various measures. Generally to a fire hydrant the users attack a hose, that serves for transmitting the water from the hydrant.

Hose Reel is a cylindrical spindle made of either metal, fiberglass, or plastic and is used for storing a hose. Hose reels are categorized by the diameter and length of the hose they hold, the pressure rating and the rewind method. Hose reels can either be fixed in a permanent location or portable and they can be attached to a truck or a cart.
